The Support Squad
Our multilingual reservation team (fluent in English, German, French, Spanish, Mandarin and Japanese) works 24/5 to handle booking inquiries, special requests, and pre-trip preparations. Based in our Bouha, Kathmandu headquarters, they maintain direct communication with field guides to ensure seamless transitions between planning and execution phases.
