These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Everest Limit's website and booking services. By making a booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General Terms

Everest Limit Pvt. Ltd. is a Nepal and US-registered Himalayan adventure company. These terms apply to all trekking, climbing, tours, and custom expedition services booked through Everest Limit.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Everest Limit. A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from our team.

2. Booking & Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your place on any expedition or trek. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be communicated at the time of booking.

Full payment terms, accepted payment methods, and deposit requirements are provided during the booking process. Payment method details are subject to update — please refer to your booking confirmation for the most current information.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal, passport, and medical information
  • Obtain valid travel insurance covering high-altitude activities and helicopter evacuation
  • Ensure you meet the fitness requirements for your chosen adventure
  • Follow the instructions of your guide and expedition leader at all times
  • Obtain necessary visas and travel permits as advised by our team

4. Liability

Adventure travel in the Himalayas involves inherent risks including altitude sickness, adverse weather, and difficult terrain. While Everest Limit takes all reasonable precautions, we cannot eliminate all risks associated with high-altitude travel.

Clients are required to carry comprehensive travel insurance. Everest Limit's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
